CAIRS Standard Reports

You can access the CAIRS Standard Reports page from the CAIRS Database Tools page by selecting the Standard Reports hyperlink. (Note that a Standard Reports hyperlink is available at the bottom of most pages in CAIRS. You can click on this hyperlink to return to the CAIRS Standard Reports page.)

The following reports are accessible from this page:

Quarterly Field Office Reports

Standard experience reports are prepared for injury/illness cases, property damage cases, and vehicle accidents and are designed to give comparative performance statistics among contractors of each specific field organization. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter reports display the year-to-date performance only, while the 4th quarter report displays the current year and prior 5-year performance.

The first set of field office reports to be made available online will be 4th quarter 1997. These will be made available as field organization data is received and finalized. The data are retained until the next quarterly reports are received from all reporting sites of the respective field organizations.

Quarterly DOE and Contractor Injury and Illness Experience Reports

Injury and Illness experience for all reporting sites is captured quarterly for the current year (year-to-date) and the prior five years. This experience is displayed at several different levels and is updated only when all sites have reported. The data are retained until the next quarterly reports are received from all reporting sites and new reports have been generated.

Quarterly and Annual DOE Summary Reports

Year-to-date tables and bar charts displaying DOE complex-wide injury/illness, property damage, and vehicle accident performance are generated quarterly. Also included are ranked comparative injury/illness performance of all reporting sites, sorted by operation type. The data are captured only after all sites have reported and are retained indefinitely.
