THEME: Sites Helping Each Other
Each site should come prepared to provide a brief and informal status of the implementation and execution of their SSO program, including qualification progress, lessons learned, successes, and problems. The workshop will then move into a roundtable discussion of a series of pertinent topics associated with the final phases of program implementation, including topics, such as:
- Qualification Card development and scope
- Qualification and Certification requirements and process
- Integration with Facility Representatives and Authorization Basis Personnel
- Initial Implementation Assessment Results and Lessons Learned
- Final Implementation Assessment Plans and CRADs
- OA/DNFSB/Internal audit results of SSO programs
- Training courses being offered and under development
- Safety System assessment results (interesting findings like the case studies presented during SSO training sessions)
