Office of Enforcement and Oversight
The HSS Office of Enforcement and Oversight has revised the Noncompliance Tracking System (NTS) reporting criteria to conform to changes in the Occurrence Reporting and Processing System (ORPS) criteria in DOE Order 232.2 that are effective on January 1, 2012, and the Incidents of Security Concern reporting criteria to conform to DOE Order 470.4B.
The revised criteria that are provided at the links below completely supersede the criteria found in Appendices A, B, and C of the June 2009 version of the Enforcement Process Overview that is found on the Safety and Security Enforcement Program main web page. The Enforcement Process Overview is currently being revised and will reference the new criteria that are provided here when the revision is complete.
