The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Worker Safety and Health Policy (HS-11), has updated the RCT and RW examination banks to reflect the June 8, 2007, amendment to 10 CFR 835. The previous version will still be available until the 10 CFR 835 implementation date of July 8, 2010.
HS-11 will continue to provide a disk copy of the RCT exam bank to individuals responsible for DOE RCT training. The exam bank is "Official Use Only". To obtain the disk, all recipients of the exam bank must sign an acknowledgement statement that the exam bank will be held confidential and only used for site training purposes, i.e., developing site exams. Mail your name, mailing address, organization/DOE site affiliation, the name of your DOE Site Point of Contact, version requested, and the acknowledgement statement to:

The RW Training examination bank has also been updated. For RW Training, HS-11 will provide this exam bank to individuals responsible for DOE RW training. To request a CD of the RW exam bank, please send an e-mail to Peter.O'Connell. In the e-mail provide:
- Name
- Organization/DOE site affiliation
- A DOE Site Point of Contact
- A statement that the exam bank will be held confidential and only used for site training purposes, i.e., developing site exams
- Version requested
- Mailing Address of Recipient
