Fire Protection Database

DOE O-231.1, Environment, Safety, And Health Reporting, requires the submission of an Annual Fire Protection Summary. The previous process used to collect the required data utilized a Microsoft Access database that was downloaded, completed by the field and then sent to Headquarters for summation and analysis by engineers in HS-21.

Data collection for the CY2008 Summary began Jan. 1, 2009, and a commitment has been made to the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board to collect this information and make it available utilizing a standard systematic approach. This approach will be accomplished via a web based system which will allow reporting organizations to enter or edit information.

Use of the web interface will require registration. If you need to request an account please follow the directions on this page.
